Dr. Rai, Rashmi
Rashmi Rai is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India. She has extensive training in conducting and evaluating psychometric assessment and offering psychotherapies, including Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Family therapy, Couple and marriage counseling, Schema focused therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions (viz. MBCT, MBSR, Acceptance, and Commitment Therapy, DBT, Yoga therapy). Her interest lies in providing assistance and support in a holistic approach with advanced psychotherapeutic techniques.
